THE STATE CERTIFIES THAT THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE REGIONAL SAFETY EVALUATION ENGINEER AND SIGNED OFF BY THE REGIONAL TRAFFIC ENGINEER. (RWDASP FUNDING 2025)
