Description
This project will develop a parking facility in Richmond County, located between West Shore Expressway, Arthur Kill Road, and Veterans Road East. The facility will include a park-and-ride for commuters and a parking area for commercial truck drivers to meet their USDOT Hours of Service requirements. The facility will also include electric vehicle charging stations, auxiliary power for trucks, bike parking, sustainable drainage elements, and a butterfly garden.
