The NYSDOT¿s Structures Division Permit Group performs structural and GIS reviews of overload permit applications received from the Main Office Passenger and Freight Safety Division¿s Special Hauling Permits Unit and Regional Permit Offices and sends approval or denial recommendations to the Main Office Permit Unit. The Consultant shall assist the State Permit Group) with these review and recommendations.
