RT 96 VPP, COLD-IN-PLACE RECYCLING, TOWN OF CANDOR, TIOGA COUNTY

This project cold-in-place recycles Route 96 from the village of Candor to Straights Corners Road in the town of Candor, Tioga County.  Bicycle and pedestrian facilities are improved with the newly treated shoulders and new pavement markings.
