Description
This project replaces the structure carrying Brown Road over the East Branch Owego Creek in the town of Newark Valley, Tioga County. Proposed work includes a complete replacement with concrete abutments, new bearings, continuous steel beams, concrete bridge deck and new bridge railing.
Issue Description:
Bridge has been closed since June 2, 2020 due to extensive deterioration.
