Description
This project rehabilitates the bridge carrying Straits Corners Road over Pipe Creek in the town of Candor, Tioga County. Proposed work includes deck replacement, cleaning and painting of beams, minor abutment and wingwall repairs and updated bridge railing and guiderail. Approaches are milled and paved to provide a smooth transition.
