Description
This project addresses the structure carrying County Route 9 / Glenwood Road over Big Choconut Creek in the town of Vestal, Broome County.
Issue Description:
The bridge is a good candidate for integral abutments, but the 30% contingency allows for other abutment types if unfavorable soil conditions are present.
