Description
This project removes existing asphalt pavement and overlays with a truing and leveling course and top course on Floral Avenue, Burbank Avenue and Grand Avenue to provide an expected service life of 10-20 years and improves bicyclist safety by re-striping an existing dedicated bike lane and/or sharrows along part of Floral Avenue. Village of Johnson City, Broome County.
Issue Description:
Possible 4(f) use as the project is on the border of a park. Possible section 106 hurdles as the project is adjacent to a historic district.
