Description
This project reconfigures Route 17 Interchanges 103 (Rapp Road) and 104 (Monticello Route 17B) to Interstate standards and provides mainline upgrades along the corridor consistent with Interstate standards from Interchange 103 to Interchange 105, Town of Thompson, Sullivan County. Improvements include addressing non-conforming vertical clearance for 3 structures over Route 17.
