RT 17 INTERCHANGE 105 RECONSTRUCTION AND RT 42 IMPROVEMENTS

This project reconstructs the Route 17, Exit 105 interchange bringing it up to current standards and improves safety related deficiencies.  Route 42 is also improved, correcting sidewalk deficiencies, providing pedestrian access where missing, making pedestrian facilities compliant with the Americans with Disabilities act regulations, and providing appropriate facilities for bicyclists.  Village of Monticello, Town of Thompson, Sullivan County.
