This project helps fund the Transportation Management Center's on-going operation costs, such as staff. salaries, office expenses, supplies, materials, and equipment. The Center is located in the hamlet of Hawthorne in the Town of Mount Pleasant, Westchester County, and serves the Mid-Hudson Valley.
