Description

This project assists with the Hudson Valley Regional Highway Emergency Local Patrol (HELP). This project handles technology needs such as computer aided dispatch (CAD), wireless communications through mobile data systems, Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), real time information exchange, incident management, mobile video, and remote management. HELP operates on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, Route 6, Route 17, Interstate 287, Interstate 95, Interstate 87, the Sprain Brook Parkway, the Taconic State Parkway, Interstate 684, Interstate 84, the Saw Mill River Parkway, the Cross County Parkway, the Hutchinson River Parkway, the Bronx River Parkway, Route 9A, Route 9, and the Bear Mountain Parkway.
