Description
This project will mitigate flooding in the vicinity of the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound Exit 5B ramp to East Third Street in the Town and Village of Pelham and City of Mount Vernon in Westchester County. The work may include, but not be limited to, construction of a floodwall, overflow culvert, and channel work. This project may also include work on the bridge carrying the ramp to Third Street over the Hutchinson River.
