SIGNAL OPTIMIZATION: DUTCHESS, ORANGE AND ULSTER

This project will install new wireless sensors that will enable remote signal phase retiming for current and future traffic volumes remotely for signal systems in Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster Counties. This retiming effort will reduce delays and improve air quality.
