SST PAVEMENT SAFETY IMPROVEMENT: HRP & CCP

This project will resurface the northbound Hutchison River Parkway lanes from Mamaroneck Avenue to Route 127 and both directions of the Cross County Parkway from New Rochelle Road to the Hutchinson River Parkway interchange. This location was selected through the NYSDOT Skid Accident Reduction Program (SKARP). Pavement at SKARP locations is tested and found to have reduced skid resistance in wet weather conditions. This project is located in the Towns of Scarsdale, Harrison and Eastchester, Villages of Scarsdale and Harrison and the City of White Plains in Westchester County.
