Description

This project will complete intersection improvements in the Hamlet of Hopewell Junction in the Town of East Fishkill in Dutchess County. A roundabout will be constructed at the Route 82 and Route 376 South intersection and pedestrian and traffic flow improvements will be made to the existing signalized intersection at Route 82 and 376 North. The work will include pedestrian facility improvements such as sidewalks and crossings. The project would reduce traffic congestion, improve air quality, improve operation and safety and support economic revitalization in the Hamlet of Hopewell Junction.
