Project Details

Description

This project will improve 13 a public grade railroad crossings along CSX Transportation's West Shore Line in Rockland County in the Towns of Clarkstown, Orangetown and Village of Haverstraw in Rockland County. The Supplemental Safety Measures implemented will differ for each crossing and will include four-quadrant gates, channelization, extending gate arms, wayside horns, and median barriers and/or bollards.
