HWP PAVEMENT RESURFACING: SEGMENTS OF ROUTE 199

This project will correct pavement deficiencies that exist on two segments of Route 199 from approximately half a mile west of Winchell Mountain Road to approximately Schultz Hill Road in the Town of Pine Plains and from approximately Stissing Mountain Road in the Town of Pine Plains to approximately North Road in the Town of Milan in Dutchess County. The work will consist of removing approximately two-inches of the current surface and replacing the removed material to resurface the roadway segments to extend service life and improve the quality and safety of the two roadways.
