PAVING: INTERSTATE 84 - BOWEN ROAD OVERPASS TO CONNECTICUT STATE LINE

This project will correct pavement deficiencies found on a segment of Interstate 84, from the Bowen Road overpass in the Town of Kent, through the Town of Patterson, to the Connecticut State line in the Town of Southeast in Putnam County. Additional work will include resurfacing the interchange ramps for Ludingtonville Road, Route 311, Route 312, Route 121, and Connecticut Exit 1 (Saw Mill Road). The work will primarily consist of milling the top layer of existing asphalt and overlaying the roadway with warm-mix asphalt to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. This project also includes resurfacing the eastbound and westbound Stormville Rest Area parking lots in the Town of East Fishkill in Dutchess County. In addition to resurfacing work, minor drainage and other subsurface repairs will be done as well.
