ROUTE 17 @ ROUTE 32 (EXIT 131) INTERCHANGE RECONSTRUCTION

This project will modernize the antiquated infrastructure along segments of Route 17, Route 32 and Exits 130A and Exit 131. This project will reconstruct a three mile segment of Route 17 to interstate standards, will modernize the interchanges at Exit 130A, Route 6 and Exit 131 Route 32, will reconstruct a one mile stretch of Route 32 replacing all signs and guide rails to improve operations and safety as well will replace the bridge on Route 17 at Route 32. As well this project will add additional lanes and advanced electronic guide signs along Route 17 at the plaza with Interstate 87 and will rehabilitate the Route 6 Bridge over Forrest Road Look Out to meet clearance standards. This project is located in the Towns of Monroe and Woodbury in Orange County.
