Description

This project will provide for replacement of FM02, County Road 21 over N. Br. Elton Creek; Cattaraugus Co.. The existing structure is exhibiting signs of deterioration in the bearing areas, mid-span flanges and steel abutments. Both abutments encroach in the waterway opening. The bridge does not meet current hydraulic standards.
