THIS PROJECT WILL REPLACE FAILING WATERPROOFING MEMBRANES AS WELL AS DETERIORATING WEARING COURSES ON 4 BRIDGES. THE PROPOSED REPAIR/MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES WILL PROLONG THE LIFE OF THE BRIDGE STRUCTURES IN THIS PROJECT IN NIAGARA COUNTY.
