Description

This project aims to address East State Street0 from Mitchell Street to the eastern Ithaca City line, in the City of Ithaca, Tompkins County. Work includes addressing pavement deficiencies, addressing storm sewer conditions, investigating retaining wall conditions and addressing pedestrian facilities including sidewalks, crosswalks and ramps.
