VPP/MILL, RT 481, SENECA ST TO CR 57 N OF FULTON, OSWEGO COUNTY

This project will remove and replace the top 2.25 inches of asphalt on Route 481 from Seneca Street in the City of Fulton north to County Route 57, a distance of nearly 4 miles in the City of Fulton and Town of Volney, Oswego County.  Route 481 at Route 3 and Route 481 at County Route 57 south of Fulton will be addressed as well.
