RT. 104, RT 104A TO OSWEGO CITY LINE, OSWEGO CO

This 3.7 mile project along Route 104, from the intersection of Route 104A to the City of Oswego west city line, will include a two course asphalt resurfacing; provide 11' wide travel lanes and 8' wide shoulders; improve sight lines at the County Route 20 and 89 intersections; improve the entrance to SUNY Oswego and the Fifth Avenue intersection; install new curbing, drainage systems, and a sidewalk along the north side of Route 104 between Sweet Road and the west city line. Traffic will be maintained on-site during the phased construction process.
