NEW HARTFORD PM PAVING; RTE 921E & 921T, ONEIDA COUNTY

This project is a pavement rehabilitation project within the Town and Village of New Hartford. Project limits are along Genesee Street (NYS Route 921E) from the intersection with NYS Route 12 to the village line, and, along Campion Road, Oxford Road, and Mill Street (NYS Route 921T) from the New Hartford Shopping Center driveway to the connection with NYS Route 8 Southbound. This 1.7-mile pavement rehabilitation project will be completed using a 2 inch micromill with a 2 inch overlay. Traffic signals and pedestrian facilities within the project limits will be improved. Roadside safety elements will be addressed including guiderail, drainage, and signs. The objective of this project is to improve the pavement ride quality and safety of the roadway.
