Route 29 over Caroga Crk (BIN 1020590) Bridge Replacement Project

This project replaces the structure carrying NYS Route 29 over Caroga Creek, (Route 29 over Caroga Creek  in the Town of Ephratah, Fulton County.

Issue Description:
Built 1933, GR 4.  Simple Span Steel Thru-Girder with holes/section loss.  1 Spans: 50ft.  AADT: 2028 (7% Trucks).  FC = 17, Major Collector, Non-NHS.  Last Major Rehab: 1985 ¿ Deck Replacement Mill and pave 50 ft past approach slabs.  Off Site Detour on State Routes.  Deck is severely spalled and cracked
