US 20: PEDESTRIAN AND SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS, T/NELSON

Description
The project will address pedestrian and safety improvements on US 20 in the Hamlet of Nelson. Scope of work may include: mill and resurface of US 20, restripe the roadway to create a 3-lane section (one lane each direction with a center two-way left turn lane), new sidewalks on each side of the highway, and new curb ramps and crosswalks at the intersection with Nelson/Erieville Rd. Lighting and streetscaping enhancements will also be considered as appropriate.
