Towns of Prattsville and Ashland, Greene County; State Route 23 from South Street CR 12 to State Route 296, Town of Windham, Greene County; State Route 23A from Route 23 to Airport Road, Town of Prattsville, Greene County; State Route 32 from CSX RR to Elm Avenue, Town of Bethlehem, Albany County.
