Description

This multi-location project proposes to restore the pavement riding surface to a smooth and distress free condition by milling and resurfacing the existing pavement. All proposed pavement work is expected to increase safety and provide a smooth riding surface for vehicular travel for the next 10 to 12 years. 1. NY24 (Hempstead Turnpike) from Queens/Nassau County line to Munson Avenue in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 2. Loop Parkway from Lido Boulevard to Meadowbrook State Parkway in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 3. NY111 (Hauppauge Road) from NY347 (Nesconset Highway) to NY25/NY25A in the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County
