Old Country Rd eb west of Meadowbrook State Parkway in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County.4. NY25 (Jericho Turnpike) wb west of I495 (Long Island Expressway) in the Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County.5. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) eb at exit to CR97(Great Neck Rd) sb in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County.6. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) North Service Road at Statesman Ave in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County.7. Southern State Parkway wb at Exit 34 in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County.8. Interstate 495 (Long Island Expressway) wb west of Exit 50 in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County.9. Interstate 495 (Long Island Expressway) eb and wb east of Carlls Straight Path in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County.10. NY27 (Sunrise Highway) wb at Exit 40 in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County.11. Interstate 495 (Long Island Expressway) eb and South Service Rd east of Sagtikos State Parkway in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County.12.
