Overhead Sign Structure Replacement

This project proposes to replace approximately 20 overhead sign structures on Federal Aid Eligible highways in Nassau and Suffolk Counties to maintain their structural integrity. The locations in Nassau County are as follows: NY25 (Jericho Turnpike) eastbound at Jackson Avenue/South Oyster Bay Road in the Town of Oyster Bay, NY25 (Jericho Turnpike) eastbound and westbound at Commonwealth Boulevard in the Town of Hempstead, NY27 (Sunrise Highway) eastbound at Old Sunrise Highway in the Town of Oyster Bay, Marcus Avenue at the Northern State Parkway eastbound entrance in the Town of North Hempstead. The locations in Suffolk County are as follows: I495 (Long Island Expressway) eastbound at Deer Park Avenue in the Town of Huntington, I495 (Long Island Expressway) westbound at NY111 (Wheeler Road) in the Town of Islip, I495 (Long Island Expressway) westbound at Ronkonkoma Avenue in the Town of Brookhaven, I495 (Long Island Expressway) westboundat CR46 (William Floyd Parkway) in the Town of Brookhaven, I495 (Long Island Expressway) South Service Road eastbound at Wicks Road in the Town of Islip, NY27 (Sunrise Highway) eastbound and westbound at Robert Moses Causeway in the Town of Islip, NY27 (Sunrise Highway) eastbound at Brook Avenue in the Town of Islip, NY27 (Sunrise Highway) eastbound at Old Riverhead Road in the Town of Southampton, NY27 (Sunrise Highway) eastbound at Lewis Road in the Town of Southampton, NY27 (Sunrise Highway) South Service Road eastbound at Manor Lane in the Town of Islip, NY109 (Farmingdale Road) eastbound at NY27(Sunrise Highway) in the Town of Babylon, NY231 (Deer Park Ave) southbound at NY27(Sunrise Highway) in the Town of Babylon.
