Description

Replacement of the Phelps Lane culvert carrying the tributary to Carlls River. Includes new 40 feet wide concrete spillway, install new sliding gate, remove and replace existing concrete sidewalk, remove existing overflow structures, replace existing culvert with 2 precast concrete box culverts, full depth asphalt restoration, install 2 new catch basins on the west side of the new culvert, install 2 new leaching basins on the west side of the new culvert in the Town of Babylon, Suffolk County.
