Project Details

Description

This project proposes to restore the pavement riding surface to a smooth and distress free condition on NY27 (Sunrise Highway) from Harrison Avenue to WSP in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County by milling and resurfacing the existing pavement. All proposed pavement work is expected to increase safety and provide a smooth riding surface for vehicular travel for the next 10 to 12 years.
